Se subvencionarán tanto los contratos indefinidos a tiempo completo o parcial realizados a desempleados inscritos como demandantes de empleo, como las conversiones en indefinidos de contratos de duración determinada, en prácticas o de aprendizaje, que se realicen entre el 13 de septiembre y el 31 de octubre de 2014, con carácter previo a la solicitud de la subvención.
La cuantía de la ayuda alcanzará los 4.000 euros por contrato, si es a tiempo completo, reduciéndose en proporción a la jornada si el contrato es a tiempo parcial. Los trabajadores mayores de 45 años tendrán un incremento adicional de 1.000 euros.
Podrán beneficiarse de estas ayudas las empresas y entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro radicadas en la Comunidad de Madrid, que se encuentren al corriente de pago de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social y no estén incursas en ninguna causa de incompatibilidad o exclusión prevista en la Ley General de Subvenciones. (Artículo 13 Ley 38/2003)..
Los beneficiarios de las ayudas se obligarán a mantener los puestos de trabajo durante al menos 12 meses, pudiendo sustituir al trabajador, en caso de baja anticipada, en el plazo de un mes. Asimismo deberán mantener la jornada de trabajo durante toda la vigencia del contrato.
No será aplicable la ayuda a aquellos trabajadores que hubieran prestado servicios en la empresa en los tres meses anteriores, salvo en el caso de las conversiones a indefinido.
Igualmente, los trabajadores desempleados deberán acreditar una antigüedad mínima como demandantes de empleo de un mes ininterrumpido.
Estas ayudas sólo serán compatibles con desgravaciones fiscales y reducciones o bonificaciones establecidas en medidas estatales vigentes, siempre y cuando la suma de todas ellas no superen el 60% del coste laboral anual del trabajador subvencionado.
